Proper golf attire in good taste and condition while on the golf course and practice areas is required.
Golf attire for men: Shirts with collars, shorts or slacks of appropriate length – no denim, cutoffs or gym shorts.
Golf attire for women: Shirts with collars (golf shirts without a collar must have sleeves), slacks, shorts, skorts, or capris of appropriate length – no denim, cutoffs, or gym shorts.
Golf footwear: Golf shoes with soft spikes are allowed – no metal spikes. Athletic shoes and shoes without heels are acceptable.
You must be 21 or older to be served alcohol at the event. Bring ID. Food and beverage can be picked up at any of the stations located on the course.
The company policy on alcoholic beverages is as follows:
- We want associates to enjoy themselves at company events, and we expect behavior to be appropriate for business-sponsored functions.
- We expect responsible use of alcohol when alcoholic beverages are served at company functions. Non-alcoholic beverages should always be provided as an option.
- We expect drivers to be able to operate their vehicles legally and safely. Any amount of alcohol may impair ability to drive safely. Associates should use non-drinking designated drivers or alternative transportation.
Unlawful consumption of alcohol at a company sponsored event by an underage associate may be grounds for termination of employment.
Because the golf event takes place during the regular business hours, associates interested in participating in this event are responsible for obtaining prior supervisor approval and may use flex time within the same workweek to ensure workloads can be appropriately managed and service levels remain high. If flex time is not a viable option, PTO should be used.
Non-golfing spectators will not be allowed on the course.
