Flight information
Travel arrangements will be handled by Sentry Travel Services.
Once you register, a member of the Sentry travel team will reach out to book your travel.
You'll be scheduled to arrive on Monday, July 22 and depart on Thursday, July 25.
- Due to limited flight availability into central Wisconsin, Travel Services may not be able to accommodate preferred flight itineraries.
- You will receive your travel itinerary via email from Fox World Travel (sentry@foxworldtravel.com). After you receive your flight confirmation, you will have 24 hours to request any changes.
- Shuttles to and from the airport will be provided on your arrival and departure dates.

Driving information
If your one-way distance is less than 250 miles, please drive and plan to arrive by 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, July 23. We encourage you to attend our optional opening reception on Monday, July 22 if your schedule allows.
