Lace up your sneakers and get ready to add a little sparkle to your stride. We’re inviting you to join our United Way Virtual 5k—an event where your walk or run turns into a truly magical adventure for your community.
Whether you’re chasing a personal record or just enjoying the fresh air, every step you take helps us make wishes come true for those who need it most.
Your next adventure is about to begin! Prepare for a magical journey at the start line—your race runs from Monday, September 14, through Sunday, September 27.
Your race
Get yourself ahead in the race by reading our rules. Grab your running shoes and walk or run a 5k (3.1 miles) on your own anytime, anywhere between September 14-27. Complete the entire distance at one time or spread it out over multiple days.
When you finish your race, email wellness@sentry.com with your race time in the subject line of the email—you don’t need to send us a screenshot of your app or a tracking card. The top 10 fastest times will be updated daily on our #LiveUnited hub leaderboard.
Registration
Fast or slow, we encourage associates of all ages and ability levels to participate. The Virtual 5k cost is $30. All event proceeds will go to the United Way campaign.
Prizes
The first 300 associates to register will receive Virtual 5k t-shirt after the challenge. All participants will receive a digital race bib. Look for your digital race bib in your email inbox after registration.
