Mobile tickets
Beginning this season, the Packers will accept only mobile tickets as a method of entry to Lambeau Field. They will not accept paper tickets. Mobile ticketing allows ticket holders to access their tickets from their smartphones, allowing phones to serve as a replacement for paper tickets. The ticket's mobile barcode is then scanned at the gate for entry. Ticket holders who do not have a smartphone or an email address can call or visit the Packers ticket office for assistance.
Your email address and mobile phone number will be required during registration to transfer the mobile ticket to your phone.
Follow these steps to access your ticket:
- Upon registration confirmation, the Meetings & Events team will transfer your ticket(s) via email.
- Click the link in the email that was sent to you from Green Bay Packers (noreply@ticketmaster.com)
- If you already have a Ticketmaster/Packers account associated with that email/phone number, log in.
- If you do not have an account set up, click 'New to Ticketmaster? Sign Up' (Note: If setting up a new account, you may have to verify your account with a confirmation code sent to your email or phone).
- Tap the listing for the game you're attending.
- You will see your ticket(s). Tap on 'View Barcode'. This is your ticket. Present your ticket at the gate and the code will be scanned for entry. (Important note: Screenshots of the ticket won't be accepted).
Tips:
- Download/use the Packers Mobile App to view your tickets for easy entry into Lambeau Field.
- To ensure the ticket(s) will always be accessible regardless of a device's internet connection, save your ticket to your phone's "wallet" prior to gameday and ensure your device is fully charged.
