Follow these steps to have your video clip considered by the 15 Seconds of Fame committee:

  1. Complete this online registration
  2. Submit your payment of $5.00/video
  3. After completing your registration, watch for an email with instructions on how to upload your video to the Tint page.
  • All submitted video clips will undergo a review and approval process prior to being accepted for the event. Approval of any application and its associated video clip for inclusion in the 15 Seconds of Fame event is at the sole discretion of the 15 Seconds of Fame committee.
  • Rules and expectations regarding the 15 Seconds of Fame event can be found and reviewed on the Rules and expectations page.

Participant Acceptance

By clicking “I Accept” below, you acknowledge that you’ve had the opportunity to review the 15 Seconds of Fame Rules and Expectations and you understand that your participation in the 15 Seconds of Fame event, and the participation of your immediate family members and pets living in your household is governed by those rules and Sentry’s associate conduct guidelines. The 15 Seconds of Fame event is intended to be workplace appropriate and professional, and, by clicking “I Accept” below, you agree to conduct yourself and cause any participating family members to conduct themselves in such a manner, and that you have submitted a video clip that is consistent with such intent.
