Safety info

Given the small group and intimate lodge setting, please note the following requirement will apply to this year's trip:

  • Qualifiers must provide proof of full vaccination to attend this trip.
  • Plan accordingly as lead time to achieve full vaccination status is several weeks (note: the CDC considers an individual to be “fully vaccinated” two weeks after receiving their final dose of the vaccine).  Information about vaccines and availability in your area can be found at www.vaccines.gov.

Sentry Health Services will work with qualifiers to evaluate their individual circumstances.

You will have the ability to upload your vaccination record to Health Services very soon.

Social distancing and face coverings

Face masks are required in the hotels, at the evening reception and while on-site at the 2021 Fishing Trip.

Remember, a face covering isn’t a replacement for social distancing. While attending this event, you should make every attempt to keep six feet of space between you and other people.

Symptom screening tool

This tool asks our guests to conduct a brief, daily symptom self-evaluation to determine if they're experiencing symptoms of the COVID-19 virus before they participate in any Sentry-hosted events. Your responses are submitted anonymously through the screening tool and won’t be retained.

By your presence at a Sentry-hosted activity on any day, you attest to the fact that you used the assessment tool on the day of your visit, truthfully responded to its inquiries, and are following the direction provided in the tool.
